With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience — from bouncy castles to care services — Geoff has seen the full spectrum of what it takes to build and grow a business. Every venture brought its own lessons, and one truth has stuck with him: every founder needs a supportive space to learn, connect, and be real about the journey. That’s exactly why he created FounderHut.
As Managing Director, Geoff combines hands-on business experience with deep insight into the challenges founders face. He’s worked with thousands of entrepreneurs, offering practical guidance and honest advice rooted in lived experience. Known for cutting through the fluff, Geoff is committed to keeping business support simple, useful, and human — because building something great should never feel like you're doing it alone.

Laura – Head of Community

Laura knows the entrepreneurial journey firsthand — from launching businesses that thrived to learning from the ones that didn’t. Her experience fuels her passion for supporting fellow founders with honesty, empathy, and a practical approach rooted in real-world lessons.

As Head of Community at FounderHut, Laura is dedicated to creating a space where entrepreneurs can connect, share openly, and grow together. Danielle – Marketing Executive
